St Nicholas Abbey 5yr Old Rum 70cl

St Nicholas Abbey is the first plantation on the islandwhich between January and May annually, reaps and then presses the sugar cane on site in an antique steam mill to produce syrup which is the essence of this fine unblended rum. The syrup is fermented and distilled in the pot still "Annabelle"; handcrafted in small batches and aged in white oak in the cool temperatures and finally hand bottled straight from the barrel. 

This artisinal 5 year old is one of the finest Bajan rums with an incomparable palate showcasing rich spices, fruit and authentic pedigree.
