Sipsmith VJOP Gin has been hand-crafted with the same skill, care and fetishistical love as their original London Dry Gin, this is an expression paying homeage to the backbone of all great gin - the juniper berry. Imagining the botanicals as components in an orchestra, here Sipsmith have taken the lead instrument and amplified its presence in the ensemble, and then raised the decibels by increasing the proof of alcohol.
