Ingredients: Cut two ripe passion fruit in half, scoop out two of the halves into your shaker. Add 50ml Absolut Vodka, 15ml Passoa, 15ml Monin Vanilla Syrup and 15ml fresh lime. Shake with ice and strain into the LSA Bar Collection Cocktail Glasses. Serve a shot of Romeo Brut Prosecco on the side, (or pour directly into glasses if preferred). Garnish with the two leftover halves of passion fruit.
