Byrrh Grand Quinquina 75cl is made to the original late 19th century recipe that earned fame both in France and around the world. The aperitif brings together the finest cinchona barks with other exotic spices and botanicals. After blending with elegant wines and mistelles, it is rested in small oak barrels. Byrrh Grand Quinquina offers a luscious balance of ripe fruit and subtle spice.

Byrrh is drunk as an aperitif. It is best served cool, at approximately 16°, and goes well with a twist of lemon zest or a little Crème de Cassis.
