Bollinger's Special Cuvée Champagne half bottles make a tasteful and elegant champagne gift, and are perfect for when you want to share a few glasses. The blend for the Special cuvée is an ideal version of the classic Champagne blend, using the different grapes of a given year from a variety of crus, with the addition of older, reserve wines. The Special Cuvée is the purest expression of the Bollinger style. It is pale gold in colour, dry with toasty flavours on the mouth, great length and a perfect balance. Complex, bready, toasty, baked apple bouquet with a pleasing dry finish.
