Seedlip Garden 108 Distilled Non-Alcoholic Spirit 70cl has botanicals of peas, hay, spearment, rosemary and thyme. This delicious non-alocholic spirit is grassy and floral on the nose. Best served with elderflower Tonic and a Cucumber Ribbon.

In the 1600’s Apothecaries were using small copper stills to make non-alcoholic herbal remedies. This alchemy was documented in The Art of Distillation published in London in the year 1651 and is now re-purposed for the modern day.
