The Salcombe Distilling Co. New London Light or NLL is named after the lighthouse that stands over the entrance to the Long Island Sound harbour, a deep-water harbour that once welcomed the Salcombe Fruit Schooners to the Americas. The NLL has been created in a similar way to traditional gins distilling juniper, ginger and capsicum for a base spirit then adding a further 15 botanicals.
