Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curacao is a reimagining of a recipe from the 1800’s of a Triple Sec Curacao. Pierre Ferrand is a highly revered Cognac, Gin, Liqueur producer in France. Using their smooth Grande Champagne Cognac as a base it is blended with sweet and bitter orange and then combined with lemon peel, prunes, almonds and spices. This Curacao can be used to form the base of many classic cocktails.
