The Pelotón de la Muerte Mezcal is an artesanal spirit bottles at 41% abv tradtionallly produced. The Maguey Espadín agave is harvested before being cooked for 5 days in a lava-lined pit, it then undergoes 4 days of open-air fermentation. Beautifully earthy can be sipped on its own or add to your favorite Mezcal and Tequila-based cocktails.
