Origin London Dry Gin Arezzo Italy 70cl is produced using only one botanical, Juniper, sourced solely from the region of Arezzo in Tuscany, Italy. Using Juniper from one location allows the discerning consumer to explore the effects of terroir, on the development of the juniper berries, and the unique and subtle flavours and aromas that this imparts.

Origin distillation is conducted at room-temperature under vacuum. this stops the more complex organic molecules in the juniper being destroyed by heat, and allows every facet of this wonderful botanical's flavour to be retained in the final distillate. In this expession, clean citrus and pine with a really smooth creaminess on the finish. Amazingly long.
