Merlet & Fils Cognac Brothers Blend (VSOP) is a cognac made from a blend of different eaux-de-vies from 4-12 years old. The Merlets have produced Cognac for the great Trading Houses ever since establishing themselves in 1850. After five generations of loyal services and 160 years of distilling for the great Cognac Houses, it was time to create Merlet’s own label. Gilles Merlet elaborated Brothers Blend with his two sons Pierre and Luc, who felt the desire to come home and help their Farther in the family business. Here they established a Cognac without any glitter and which gives itself away to simple pleasure of the palate.
