M. Chapoutier Domain Tournon Mathilda Shiraz 2017 75cl

Introducing the Domain Tournon Mathilda Shiraz by M. Chapoutier. Throughout the winemaking process, the grapes are destemmed and then they ferment in cement or stainless steel tanks. Maceration will commence and lasts from 2 to 3 weeks in order to allow the for the tannins extraction that provides a good ageing potential to the wine. The wine is entirely aged in cement or stainless steel tanks and it is bottled 12 months later.

The colour in the glass is a brilliant dark ruby. On the nose, deep aromas burst out of the glass with black fruits and pepper aromas. These flavours continue right through onto the palate that are supple and silky with elegant tannins.
