Holy Grass Scottish Vodka 70cl

Holy Grass Scottish Vodka 70cl, found on the banks of Thurso River, Holy Grass gives this Vodka a wonderful, unique taste. Holy Grass (old name hierochloe borealis/ordorata new name Anthoxanthum nitens) was used for basket weaving and was used used on church floors to give a sweet, vanilla smell when walked over.

Apples and apple juice from Highland apples are used to complement the Holy Grass taste.  These are combined and used in vapour infusion to create Dunnet Bay Distillers' unique taste. Two other botanicals are used in the vodka that remains top secret at the distillery along with the recipe and methodology. The result is a delicate and fresh vodka with a creamy smooth finish.
