Gonzalez Byass Vina AB Amontillado Seco is a classically produced sherry produced in a traditional Solera system. The Palomino grapes are aged for a minimum of four years under flor. Flor is a layer of yeast that forms on top of the aging wine and is the most important influence during this process as it protects from oxidation and gives it its unique aroma and character.
