The classic and easy Gin & Tonic (G&T) is simple to make yet provides the perfect refreshing drink that you can truly make to your own liking. With a fantastic range of both gin and tonic brands to choose from, G&T's can vary completely but there really is nothing like a good old London Dry perfect serve!
Ingredients:
50ml London Dry Gin
Top up with tonic water
A sprig of rosemary or a lemon wedge
Directions:
Fill a balloon glass with chunky ice, add a double measure of London Dry Gin and fill to the top with ice-cold tonic water. For a savoury garnish, add a sprig of rosemary or for a citrus note, add a wedge or slice of lemon.
