A dry, natural spirit made by distilling the fermented juice of raspberries grown on the slopes of the Vosges mountains. Fruity but dry and at its best when served ice cold. Distilled in the village of Lapoutroie, Alsace since 1962, G Miclo eau de vie’s are of exceptional quality & grace the tables of Michelin starred restaurants across Europe. This third generation distillery produces only 300,000 bottles a year across its whole range, 25% of that is all that makes it out of France.
