Discarded Sweet Cascara Vermouth 50cl

When coffee is being produced the bean is extracted leaving the fruit, cascara is deep red in colour with a rich and fruity flavour. This would normally be discarded, Discarded Spirits Co. are on a mission to repurpose these once disposed of ingredients. The fortified wine base is blended together with the cascara extract for sweetness, and then wormwood extract for bitterness which comes together to complete the cascara vermouth.
