Handpicked between the 2nd and 8th of April 2015, these grapes have excellent tannin levels and intense flavours.
On the nose, this Pinot Noir is full of floral aromatics with hints of graphite and smooth spices. On the palate, this wine is dark, delivering berry fruits and spice with a succulent generosity.
Delicious with truffle pasta dishes as well as rich red meats such as venison.
