The Bramble cocktail was created by Dick Bradsell in the 1980s in London while he was working in Fred's Club, Soho. A delicious balance of sweet Creme de Mures and sour lemon, (add more lemon juice if you favour a more sour profile).
Works well with lemon-based puddings, try pairing with lemon pound cake.
