The Boekenhoutskloof Noble Late Harvest is produced from Semillon and Muscat d'Alexandrie, grown in Franschhoek, South Africa. Grapes are whole bunch pressed and then fermented in 225L classic barriques and concrete eggs. Boekenhoutskloof was established in 1993 by Marc Kent and six other partners and has now grown in reputation to become one of South Africa’s most important wineries.
