More Information

The grapes used to produce this Cava are sourced from two very different growing areas. The Chardonnay grapes are grown in the continental climate of Lleida giving the grapes optimum concentration, lower acidity, full body and great intensity. The Xarel-lo Macabeo and Parellada grapes come from vineyards in the Penedes area and express authentic character - good level of acidity, freshness and citric and floral aromas.
