Maison Saint Aix is one of the principal domaines in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation and is located 420 meters above sea level, set back from the coast and gently cooled by the Mistral winds. This rosé is made up of a blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 20% Cinsault which were picked in September, early in the morning to reduce the risk of oxidation and retain the freshness of the grapes.

Tasting Notes

A well-balanced premium Provence rosé with complex notes of fresh red fruits, peach and subtle hints of blossom. On the palate, there is a beautiful aromatic depth and light minerality on the finish.
